Create your own Ornaments for the Holidays!

 Make your own Ornament.

Tool/Supplies

 Lid from a jar, Hammer, Nail, Scissors, Thread/Ribbon, Pen, Paper, Picture of your choice

Find a lid from a jar. Any jar any size that fits the picture you have chosen. Picture can be a family photo or something from a book or magazine. Picture off the net.

Take the hammer and nail and make a hole on the edge of the Jar Lid.

String your thread thru the hole and tie.

 Take your paper, outline the lid and then cut.

 Then cut out your photo using the lid shape paper from before.

Put some glue on the paper and place inside the Lid.

 Put a thin coat of glue on the chosen photo. Be sure to get right to the edge. Use a paintbrush if you have to.

Place inside Lid and you are finished!

Also:

Decorate with colour foam or felt, add colour paper. Go wild!!
